New York state launches the NY-Sun Initiative

Announced in January 2012, the NY-Sun Initiative was officially launched this week. The program is designed to quadruple the amount of customer-sited solar power systems installed across the state by 2013, and "put New York in the forefront of solar development and research" said Governor Andrew Cuomo.
