Services: SES Operations and Maintenance (O&M)    

Photovoltaic (PV) technology is well-developed and robust, and each of our installations is engineered and built to operate at the highest level of productivity and efficiency for the duration of its life span.

SES projects are designed and engineered in-house to maximize the life and optimize the performance of each system under real-world conditions—more than 15 megawatts installed, and counting. The commitment SES has toward its customers lasts well beyond the commissioning of the solar electric system. To keep each solar electric system operating at top capacity, SES offers the following:

• The best service and maintenance in the industry, with a standard 5-year warranty and extended warranty options

• An O&M Agreement option that includes periodic preventative maintenance visits by our NABCEP-certified technicians using advanced tools such as thermal imaging and IV- curve tracing, which ensure system power production is maximized

• System monitoring and performance reporting to recognize system losses should they occur

• Responsive maintenance within 24 hours by our NABCEP-certified technicians, who service and maintain more than 15 MW of SES-installed systems
   

SES also offers preventative maintenance contracts for commercial systems currently in operation under the conditions of existing warranty.
